Our transaction management team will upload files to an online management program, create a transaction timeline indicating contact information, dates, and deadlines, and communicate with escrow and other third parties. Details of the real estate transaction can be viewed through our secure servers at any time. All necessary documents such as disclosure packages, NHD report, Home Warranty, contingency removals, and needed signatures will also be obtained. We process all files in compliance to state and broker regulations. Once the transaction is complete, we will send you the digital copy of the fully executed file to your broker.
